The reason <br />for the request was the late start by the utility installers. In <br />addition, the developers have failed to provide top soil for <br />boulevardS· a~d have created further delays. The engineer has <br />reviewed the ~request and found it to be valid. Therefore, the <br />following ~habge shall be made to the contract. <br /> <br />The contract Period Provided for completion Will be Increased 109 <br />Days.
