Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO OMANN BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 28, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Omann Brothers, Inc. for the consmaction of Improvement Project//89-18; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended partial payment to Omann Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $51,017.94. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Omann Brothers, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-18 in the amount of $51,017.94. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approving payment of the bills for the month of August 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of August, 1992.
