Park Dedication shall be satisfied by a <br />'Combination of land and cash. All land for park lot and trail throughout the entire <br />plat[ shall be dedicated in the first phase of Rivenwick. The minimum park <br />:dedication cash payment due on this f'u'st phase of Rivenwick is Four Thousand <br />~On~ Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Thirty Six Cents ($4,149.36), based on <br />rcordputations contained in Exhibit B attached hereto. The Developers shall have <br />rthe~/~ption to pay all cash payment due for the entirety of Rivenwick at this time in <br />aee0rdance with Exhibit B. In addition, the Developer hereby agrees to pay for <br />land ~eonstruct park and/or trail improvements, as approved by the CITY, within or <br />adjacent to the plat to a value of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as <br />detekmined by the CITY. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />Tre~ Disease Prevention. The DEVELOPERS shall prevent the introduction <br />and t~pread of tree disease into the residue tree populations of the Plat and adjoining <br /> [ogerties and reduce the impacts of construction on the residual property of the <br /> at [and adjoining properties. The DEVELOPERS in order to accomplish this <br /> shall~ <br /> <br />Install physical barriers such as snow fence, around trees that are to remain. <br />The fencing shall be located at the dripline of these remaining trees. <br /> <br />Insure that all equipment operators will have readily available, a tree wound <br />dressing and will apply it immediately to damaged oak trees if wounding <br />occurs from April 15 through July 15. <br /> <br />I <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
