Councilmem~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I RESOLUTION g92-08- RESOLUTION~ GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY AND CARLSON: AIJDITION WHI~RE~S, Bury and Carlson, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A ~xce_pt the North 33.0 feet as measured at right angles to the North line thereof, and Outibt ~, all in GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that Part bf the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Rangd 25,'IAnoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the easterly line of Ouflot A, GATEV~AY ~ORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND:WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, the City received application and sketch plan from Bury and Carl~on, Inc.; and WI-IE~EA$, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 4, 1992 and approved the~skete:, t~ plan of Bury and Carlson Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and NOW THI~REF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI~Y, A~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc ,.. R ~[amsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Bury and Carlson AdditiOn in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That park dedication requirements shall be satisfied with a cash payment.
