I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmernber <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~ERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING THE FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY 0N IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER. /[ND ~WATER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO PHASE TWO OF <br />CEDAR HtLL$ iADDITION) <br /> WHERE ~AS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvements. of ~tater and sewer extension and streets to Phase Two of Cedar Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREF.0RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY,'ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That a cengin petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvements of water <br /> and sewer ~extension and streets to Phase Two of Cedar Hills Addition has been filed with <br /> theCity COuncil on August 11, 1992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> required pgrcentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to <br /> City;of Ramsey Code Section 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) That the p~tition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br /> to preparera4 feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br /> Coune~il ilaia preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br /> the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br /> comment: ,as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br /> other improvement. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project ~)2- <br />17. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following !were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the llth day of August, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Admini~/trator <br /> <br /> <br />
