ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-02 (CRACK FILLING AND Sl~ALCOATING OF WHITE PINES ESTATES ADDITION) WHEREAS/ a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the crack filling & seal~ating improvements to White Pines Estates Addition and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in th~ ~hal~' ~ g of such improvement amount to $3,879.22 so that the total cost of the improvement win be $~,879.22. ~ NOW TI!ER!~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANoK~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tile p~.rl~n of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of l~amsey is hereby declared to be $1,,931i61 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared~to b~ $1,931.61. 2) That the principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; thc firs~t of the installments to be payable on or before December.31, 1992 and shall bear interest at the rat~ of 7.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the~ city Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Ramsey City Council thereof.
