Estates 1 st,,~an~,~2n, ~d~Ad~,tio..n~, and ~e expe_ns.es Mcan'ed or to' be inc'unv~! in'tier ma~ng or SUCh unprovement amount to ~a,oy,~.~ so mat me tota~ cost oI me improvement will be $3,694.00, r NOW TI-!ER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, :ANOK~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tl,¢ iportign of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $1[;847i00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declar0od'-to t~ $1,847.00. 2) That ~¢ prin'~ipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; th~ ~ of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1992 and shall bear interest at the~ rat, of 7.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That th~,. City Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the RamSeY ~tY Council thereof.
