RESOLUTION DI~CLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROP~,~D~[A$SESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-06 (CRACK FILLING AND Sl~ALCOATING OF TRAPROCK COMMONS ADDITION) WHEI~,AS, i a contract has been let and costs have bee..n .determined with reference to the crack filling & sealaO~ improvem, ents to Traprock Comm. o.~.A~Uon., and. the cx. penses mcu,rred or to be incurred in~aktag of such ~nprovement amount to a,o,~.'/~ so mat ~e totm cost of the xraprovement NOW THER~.~.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ~r]~OI~k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the l~or[i0n of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $3~29~.~5 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to ~'~ $3,297.65. 2) That th,ePrin~jpal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; ~ flmtlof the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1992 and shall bear interest at the rat~ of 7;5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the ,City[ Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Ramsey City¢ouneil thereof.
