NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOI~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~eipo~on of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to beSr~,~0'~ andthe portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is fleel~ to b~ $15,250.00. 2) That the~prineipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three year~l ~ fi~t of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1992 and shall bear interest at the i.a~e of 7.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the Cit~ Administrator shaH, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Ramsay City [Council thereof.
