I have reviewed it and made comments to the City Administrator, none of those <br />comments b¢iog negative. While I am continuing to work with the City of Anoka to possibly join <br />them and th~ City Df Champlin on a contract with Anoka's animal control unit, I recommend that <br />we e. nter into ~his IContract in the hope that the Humane Society will stabilize itself and we can <br />receive better hours of coverage and more services. <br /> <br />The City Council Will need to appoint two signers for the contract.
