THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, on May 12, 1992, authorized plans and specifications to <br />be prepared for Improvement Project ~)2-16; and <br /> WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been duly prepared and reviewed by the <br />City Engin~r;, and: ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Development Agreement has been executed by the developer and Stage I <br />Improvemeritg stu'~fies have been received. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMS~Ey,-, r--ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the pi~ans and specifications be accepted by the City. <br /> <br />2) That the City Engineer be authorized to solicit bids on the improvements on August 21, <br /> 199'2 at 11i00 a.m. <br /> <br />The motion for thc'~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and~ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the f011owingiVoted against the same: <br />and the follOWing abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 2gth da}' of Jul~ 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator: <br /> <br /> <br />
