That at, th~ public hearing, the Applicant amended his request to a temporary conditional use <br /> permit notlto exceed 18 months. <br /> <br /> : <br />21. That at th~ public hearing, the Applicant indicated that if a temporary conditional use use <br /> permit is granted, he would not construct improvements to the property and accordingly <br /> would withdraw the site plan dated March 16, 1992. <br /> <br />22. That ~he :Applicant has indicated that the decision to amend the request to a temporary <br /> conditional use permit is in response to City Staff concerns with the compatibility of an <br /> auto ~pai~ facility in a residentially zoned area. <br /> <br />23.
