N.W. (PIN 25.32-25-23.0006) BASED ON <br /> ~ FINDINGS OF FACT #0311 <br /> <br />1. No d~fined hazardous wastes shall be stored or handled at the facility unless the required <br /> permits haVe been obtained from Anoka County Environmental Services and the City has <br /> beenbroV,'ided a copy of same. Any disposal of automotive fluids shall be in accordance <br /> with ~;tate! Statutes and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency rules and regulations. <br /> i <br />2. Them shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted at the site or in conjunction with <br /> the b~sine~ss. <br /> ! <br />3. All o!qdo.0r storage of any inventory, parts, and equipment shall be confined to an area <br /> measuring x at the rear of the principal building and within the semi-trailer on the <br /> premises.i Use of the semi-trailer as enclosed storage space shall cease effective 12:00 <br /> midnight bn September 27, 1992. <br /> <br />4. Any $ign~ erected on the site shall be in accordance with the specifications of City Code for <br /> business ~ses. <br /> <br />5. Ther~ shall be 25 off-street parking spaces provided to accommodate employees, customers <br /> and v~hicles awaiting repairs. No improvements shall be required for the off-street parking <br /> area as a ~art of this temporary conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6. Hour~ of ~peration shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and <br /> 9:00',a. mi to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays; no business operations shall be conducted on <br /> Sundays.', <br /> <br />7. Th~ aboVb ground storage of any automotive fluids shall comply with all applicable State, <br /> County o~ local regulations. <br /> <br />8. Th¢ permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this ~ondi~ional use permit. <br /> <br />9. The City iAdministrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br /> complian~:e and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />10. This[int6rim use permit is issued pursuant to the authority granted to cities by <br /> MS/~462,73597.
