RESOLUTION', RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS #92.05-106 AND #92-05.107 AND OR~I~ING THAT PROPERTY AT 14600 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W. BE VACATEDOF ANY NON-PERMITTED USE WHEREA;S, on May 16, 1992, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #92-05-106 adopting Find~gs ~f Fact g0311 relating to Mr. Fred Dinnetz' request for an interim use permit for an auto repair/~towi~g/new~ ~, parts sales facility at 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W.; and WHEI~E~S, on May 16, 1992, the Ramsey C~ty Council adopted Resolunon g02-05- 107 approVingand declaring terms of an interim use permit for an auto repair/towing/new parts sales facility:at 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W.; and wHEREA[S, Resolution g92-05-107 established an expiration date on the interim use permit of one iye~ or when Mr. Fred Dinnetz ceases to occupy the property, whichever comes first; and : ~ wHEREA~s, Mr. Fred Dinnetz ceased to occupy the property prior to execution of the interim use Pem,.it.I NOW THER~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, :/~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That:this resolution rescinds Resolutions #92-05-106 and #92-05-107 and orders the prol~fly vacated of any non-permitted use under the zoning regulations for that district by ~ i , 1992.
