ORDINanCE NO. 79- IS <br /> <br /> AME~T TO CI-iAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITI' CODE OF RAMSEA', MINNESOTA. <br /> AR ORDII~ANC~ AktENrDING CHAPTER 170.01 ERTITL£D <br /> The CiG' Council of the CiD' of Ramse)' does hereby ordain' <br /> <br /> Sect!ion '1. Amendments <br /> a) Section 170.012C Paragraph F shall be amended to read as follows' <br /> F) ,UMB~2 Urban Multiple Business, excluding eating establishments <br />and drivei in !banks. The general intent of this district is to accommodate <br />offices arid <br /> personal use t)qoe business, excluding residential hoUSing, ~ich <br />district > <br /> ~s ~ntended to act as a periphery zone to r_he UB district. <br /> b) ~ection 170.014K Subd. 5 paragraph 2 is hereby repealed. <br /> c) .Section 170.014 Subd. 6 entitled "Appeal" is hereby repealed. <br /> d) Section 170.0151 (6) VII. shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> XqI. sTrEET FRONTAGE REQUIRED <br /> No l~t S~all contain tony building used as a d~elling unless it abuts <br />on the mi~m~ street frontage as defined in this zoning code as described <br />in Artict~ 17D.0514B of the City Code. No private easement shall be used <br />to satis~ t~s street frontage requirement. <br />e) ~ction 170.011 Paragraph 25, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />25. 'Lot~width is the uniform width measured at the property line <br />abutting ~he Street and continuing to the building setback line.
