This Chapter of the City Code requires lots in the u,dama area to have at <br />least 2130 feetiof stt~e, t frontage unless the lot is located on a cul-de-sac in which case 80 feet is required. <br />The City has: ggcei~ed the appropriate application materials from the Smiths.
