Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-07. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISUANCE <br />STREET FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS ON PIN <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT # <br /> <br /> OF A VARIANCE FROM <br />#10-32-25.11-000I BASED ON <br /> <br />On , 1992, after reviewing an appeal to a decision of the Ramsey Board of <br />Adjustment on May 23, 1991, the Ramsey City Council rescinded Findings of Fact #0298, adopt <br />Findings of Fact # , and issued a variance to the street frontage requirements on PIN 10-32-25- <br />11-t3001. This variance was issued to that property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 471.50 feet thereof, and <br />lying west of the east 1100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authroization of Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The terms of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The subject property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and <br />related accessory structures in accordance with City Code regulations. <br /> <br />Placement of any structure on the subject property shall be a minimum of 425 feet <br />from the southern boundary of the subject property to preserve a corridor for the <br />extension of 171st Avenue through the subject property at such t/me that the subject <br />property may be platted and developed to a higher density. <br /> <br />The fee tide owner agrees to convey by deed, at such time as the City may request, <br />an easement for street purposes over and across the subject property. <br /> <br />That the fee title owner of the subject property shall participate in any street <br />ma/ntenance assessments to Trott Brook Estates, the plat from which it receives the <br />benefit of public access, until such time as the subject property is planed and served <br />by public streets interior to the plat. <br /> <br />At such time as the subject property is platted and developed in accordance with <br />City Code, the access to the residential structure on the property shall be relocated <br />to a location on the public street within the boundaries of the plat. <br /> <br />The fee title owner a~ees that this A~eement shall be binding upon his successor <br />and assigns. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
