As you may recall, the City Council approved a phasing plan for <br />Windemere WDoda in June of 1990. This second and final phase of Windemere Woods consists <br />of 24 single family llots. <br /> <br />ObservationS: <br /> <br />The develop~riis p~oposing to construct the sewer, water and streets to service these 24 lots.
