AS, Windemere Woods of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developers" has <br />properly apPI!ed f~>r final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> OutlotiA, Windemere Woods 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND iW~EREAS, on September 1, 1988, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Hoffma~ Pr~pertiesfDick Carson, Chateau Construction for Windemere Woods Addition; <br />and <br /> <br /> WItE~RE~bS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 8, 1988 <br />and conduct~ thC' ~ublic hearing for Windemere Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHE~E/~i$, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 19, 1988 <br />and recom~ .~de~ preliminary plat approval of Windemere Woods Addition based on the <br />Engineer's R~Vie~ dated September 8, 1988 and further review of the Ramsey Park and <br />Recreation ~.~sion; and <br /> WItE~.iEA~S, the Ramsey City Council met on April 25, 1989, and adopted Findings of <br />Fact ~0251: W... red, mere Woods EAW and Resolution #89-04-84; and <br /> WI'lEidEn, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 and <br />recommend~!ace{~ptance of the concept park plan for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Windemere <br />Woods Add~ti~ns:t? include both land and cash to satisfy the park dedication requirement; and <br /> WHERE~S, the Ramsey City Council met on September 27, 1988 and approved the <br />preliminaryi~at [or Windemere Woods Addition as per the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission ~r~o in~nendation of September 19, 1988 and DNR review of the revised plat; and <br /> WHElpEd, the Ramsey City Council met on September 24, 1991 and approved the final <br />plat for Winfl~ Woods; and <br /> WHE~E~S, on June 16, 1992, the City of Ramsey received an application from <br />Windemere ~/0od~ of Rarnsey for final plat approval of Windemere Woods 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW T}IE VORE, eE IT RESOLVEI) ?}IE crr¥ COUNCIL OF THE crr¥ <br />OF RAMSES, i~kNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That ~ Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Windemere Woods <br /> 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br />The motion for; theiadoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ,~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follow~mg voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the follow~g ~bstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
