DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AGREEMENT - WINDEMERE WOODS <br /> <br />2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS: AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />RAMSEY,~a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and <br />WINDEMERE WOODS OF RAMSEY, A MINNESOTA PARTNERSHIP, whose address <br />is 14290 Sunfish.Lake Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> wITNEsSETH: <br /> '. <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the DEVELOPERS are the fee owners of the following described property <br />situated in the!Ci'l~.Y OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot ~A, Windemere Woods, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHE~EA~, on July 14, 1992, pursuant to Resolution 92-07- , the CITY approved <br />the final plat Of tl~e~ Subject Property which plat is known as WINDEMERE WOODS 2ND <br />ADDITION :{the ?'Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and <br />CITY entering in~ this contract; and <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the preliminary plat for <br />Windemere woodg, approved by the CITY on September 27, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements: hiave been fulfilled by DEVELOPERS; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~ S, City Code Section 9.50.50 defines "Stage I" Improvements and "Stage II" <br />Improvements ~hi~h., definition is used herein when reference is made to "Stage I" and "Stage 11" <br />Improvements; ;and: <br /> <br /> wHERE~s, the DEVELOPERS desire to construct the Stage <br />improvements, ~exCept for those Stage II Improvements conswacted by the CITY. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - <br />HUNTERS RIDGE ADDITION <br />Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br />I and Stage II <br /> <br /> <br />
