EREAS, the only scheduled Council meeting for July 1992 is July 14, 1992, <br />as the July ~28,~ 1992 regular meeting has been cancelled; and <br /> <br /> WI~E~AS, the Finance Office will be receiving numerous invoices during the <br />balance of[the inonth and some of these invoices will be due prior to the next regularly <br />scheduled Couficil meeting of Tuesday, August 11, 1992; and <br /> <br /> WIfEREAS, the City of Ramsey makes every effort to assure timely payment of <br />vendor inv0ici~g. <br />NOW TH~ RgFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY Ol~ I~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />foilowst ~ ~ <br /> <br />1) That CCiuncilmember Glen Hardin is hereby authorized to approve bills received <br /> and verified on or before July 24, 1992 for payment by the City of Ramsey the <br /> we~k of July 27, 1992. <br /> <br />The motio, n for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Couneilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: ~ ~ <br /> <br />and the roll'awing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the foll°wirlg abstained: <br /> <br />and the foll°w~g were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon~ said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council thi~; the5 14th day of July, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
