This charge is for the purpose of funding future infr~tm~ture replacements and it is recommended at a flat rate of $725.00 per REC (residential!'equ!valent). The recommendation of the Budget Committee will be available at tonight's rn~ting. Budget Committee Recommendation: With the ox.eepti~n of the W.A.C. charge discussion above, the Budget Committee directed Staff to place thi~ caS~ on the Council agenda and recommends the Council adopt a resolution which details the' rlites, ~;nd charges as recommended by Staff.
