Asiyou !may recall, the City Council approved a phasing plan for Chestnut Hill in June <br />of 1990. Thislsec0, nd phase of Chestnut Hill consists of 18 single family lots. <br /> <br />The sewer, w~ater: and streets to sermce these 18 lots was constructed as part of the Stage I <br />improvemerlt$ in .the first phase of Chestnut Hill, with one small exception. Approximately 140 <br />feet of street i~Pr6vements are not in place in the vicinity of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 3 and Lot 6 of <br />Block 2. The~dev{loper would be required to establish a financial guarantee at the City to insure <br />the complefio~ of~ the north/south street in front of these lots.
