As outlined in your <br />letter, the proposed project will include the extension of sanitary <br />sewer and watermain, construction of approximately 1,150 linear <br />feet of MSA street along Sunfish Lake Drive and construction of <br />storm sewer and residential streets. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project <br />area, we are confident we can provide high quality services at <br />competitive prices. As requested in your letter of June 12, 1992, <br />we have split our costs and hours into two areas, basic engineering <br />services and additional engineering services. Our estimated hours <br />and "not to exceed" costs for basic services and for additional <br />engineering services are as follows: <br /> <br />I.
