Total project cost was $1.5 million. <br /> <br />Charles Wetzler, PE <br /> <br />Mr. Wetzler has more than 27 years of experience in all phases of municipal engineering. This <br />consists of the preparation of reports, preliminary plans, final plans, specifications, supervision of <br />construction, overall project management of wastewater collection systems, water distribution <br />systems, storm drainage, and streets.
