I I I I i I ! I I Councilmembi~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 1192-06- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMEI~ T PROJECT #91-14. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1992; and WHERI~ASi the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerly~-Brothers, Inc. for the construction of streets for Improvement Project #91-14; and WHER~ASi Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommendedr partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $59,032.53. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN1SEY, ANOKA COUNTY; STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bauedy Brothers, Inc. for the cOqstruction of Improvement Project #91-14 in the amount of $59,032.53. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release! fora for this partial payment. 3) That the t°~al amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of, bills for the month of June, 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution, I .
