They have not yet submitted proof Of~li//Uor liability insurance. I recomm¢{ad a~proval of the above license renewals except that approval for McDuffs be contingent(upo~ showing proof of liquor liability insurance prior to 5:00 p.m., June 30, 1992. The follow~ing businesses have applied for renewal of their off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses: M & L l~iquors Ralph'si-Ii- 10 Liquors Rar~eylWarehouse Liquor M & L has~not,ias of this writing, supplied proof of liquor liability insurance. All others have submitted the necessary fees and documents for renewal. I recommelid relaewal of licenses for the above with the exception that approval for M & L be contingeh, t up, on receipt of proof of liquor liability insurance prior to 5:00 p.m., June 30, 1992.
