Mr. St~wve~s property measures 2.2 acres in size. However, the subject parcel was split by the constr~etiot~ of 153rd Avenue N.W. Prior to that MSA project, the subject property measured approximately 5 acres m s~ze. Except for some or/e acre platted lots to the south, across 153rd Avenue N.W., the subject parcel is surrounded by,at,els ranging in size from 2.5 to 5.0 acres. All of these parcels are eligible to be further develo '~t~:t v~ith metal accessory structures. The size of the acc~essory structure proposed by the applicant is within the limits established by City Code for.~ parcel, less than 2.5 acres in size. On June 2, 199~2, th~,~ Planmng and Zomng Commission conducted a public hearing and no written or verbal co~ment~ were submitted regarding the request. Recommendatiorl: The Planning ap[ d ZPning Commission has recommended approval of' the request.
