! <br />I <br /> <br />her i <br /> <br />Councilmem <br />adoption: : <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-06- <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # <br />REQUEST FROM JAMES STRUWVE TO CONSTRUCT <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> RELATING TO A <br /> A METAL ACCESSORY <br /> STRU,CTURE ON A PARCEL LESS THAN 2.5 ACRES IN SIZE <br /> (Draft Date 6/3/92) <br /> <br />That i[am~s Stmwve, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a <br />Condilional use permit to construct a metal accessory structure on less than 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />That he ;Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br />headrg Pqrsuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 2, 1992, and that <br />the @~:bli¢ hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereb, incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is generally known as 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and is legally <br />des6ri[bed a; s follows: <br /> <br />The si~uth iquarter of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Sect/oh 2~, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the east 33.00 <br />feet thereOf for road and except the south 33.00 feet thereof for road and except that part of <br />said p ,~t~cel!which lies west of the northeasterly right-of-way of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />That t}~e s~bject property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br />That tile sLt~ounding properties are zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br />That &ctii~n 9.22.01, subd. 12.c, states that on parcels greater than one acre but less than <br />2.5 ae~ s, ~ccessory structures shall be built with the same type construction materials and <br />shall l~ave!the same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal <br />struCtt~rc 1.6~ated on the parcel. <br /> £ <br />Thatthe subject property is approximately 2.2 acres in size. <br /> <br />That ~e Applicant is proposing to construct a 960 square foot metal accessory structure on <br />the sulsject parcel. <br /> <br />That the Proposed size of the accessory structure is in accordance with size limits <br />estabhShed~m Seenon 9.22.1 t of the C~ty Code. <br />That the metal exterior facing finish proposed for the accessory structure is not in <br />aeco~'d~mceiwith Section 9.22.11 of the City Code. <br /> <br />That;ekcept for a plat of one acre lots south of the subject parcel, across 153rd Avenue <br />N.W~, Me ~bject parcel is surrounded by parcels which range in size from 2.5 acres to 10 <br />acres. [ <br />That the subject parcel measured approximately 5.0 acres in size prior to the construction of <br />153rd Aven~ue N.W., which split the subject property into two parcels. <br /> <br /> <br />
