Councilm¢~ber adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-06- A RESOLU"ION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT'iO ;CONSTRUCT A METAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON PIN 22.32- 25-24~000~ BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #___ AND DECLARING TERMS ~ OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1. That ,this resolution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure with a metal ext{g~o,r f~cing finish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the property generhlly known as 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: The sbuth- quarter of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Secti~. n 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the east 33.00 feet' tljere4f for road and except the south 33.00 feet thereof for road and except that pan of said I~; rce! which lies west of the northeasterly right-of-way of 153rd Avenue N.W. 2. That the P~ermittee shall obtain all necessary pemfits prior to commencing any construction of th¢~accessory structure. 3. That ~e a~cessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. That the Perminee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit.
