I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #92-06- APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON FINDINGS ~OFiFACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMiT~T0i CONSTI~0'CT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER THAN i ALLOWED BY CITY CODE ON PIN 01-32-25-22-0006 1. That this ~solution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure not to exceed 1,070 isquare feet on the property generally known as 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. and legally described as Lot 1, Block 6, Ford Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. 2. That tl~e Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of thehcce~sory structure. 3. That the accessory structure shall be built with the same type construction materials and shall liave[the same general design and exterior facing finish as that Of the principal structt~e located on the parcel. 4. That~e a 'CCessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necess~u'y ~ermits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. 5. That the P~wnittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in admini[sterihg and enforcing this conditional use permit. 6. That th~ City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
