I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-06- <br />APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, BASED ON <br />FINDINGS ~OFiFACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMiT~T0i CONSTI~0'CT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER THAN <br /> i ALLOWED BY CITY CODE ON PIN 01-32-25-22-0006 <br /> <br />1. That this ~solution shall allow for the construction of an accessory structure not to exceed <br /> 1,070 isquare feet on the property generally known as 17958 Fluorine Street N.W. and <br /> legally described as Lot 1, Block 6, Ford Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. That tl~e Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of thehcce~sory structure. <br /> <br />3. That the accessory structure shall be built with the same type construction materials and <br /> shall liave[the same general design and exterior facing finish as that Of the principal <br /> structt~e located on the parcel. <br /> <br />4. That~e a 'CCessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br /> commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br /> necess~u'y ~ermits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5. That the P~wnittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br /> admini[sterihg and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6. That th~ City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for tho adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , .. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: ' <br /> <br />and the folloWihg voted against the same: <br />and the followi,hg abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said, resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the__ day of..i: . . ,1992. <br /> <br />Mr. Brian Sol~ns hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that he has reviewed the <br /> <br />conditions of thi: <br /> <br />p~m'nit and has a~eed that he will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
