Voting ,No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: , LiCense Approval for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br /> <br />Police Chief ~Auspos stated he has completed the necessary checks and has received the necessary <br />documents foi' the'. renewal of licenses for off-sale intoxicating liquor license for/from Rum River <br />Liquor wamh, ouse, Ralph's Hi-10 Liquors and M&L Liquors. It was brought to his attention; <br />howeVer, that~ Ralgh's Hi-10 Liquors does not have the necessary square footage for operation. <br />Chief Ausp0slstate~l that Mr. Nissen stated he intends to construct a fenced storage area to the rear <br />of his stmotlxt~..~is additional storage area would bring his facility into compliance with square <br />footage rextui~ments. <br /> <br />Motion by cotmfffimember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the renewal of <br />off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses for Rum River Liquor W.arehouse, M&L Liquors and Ralph's <br />Hi- 10 Liqu°~eon~gent upon his constructing a fenced storage area. <br /> <br />Motion carrie.
