In designing the plat, it became evident that <br />the southeastern arga would be more workable with the acquisition of a small piece of the adjacent property <br />from Robert Bern~ron~ Robert Bernstrom is proposing to sell the remainder of his parcel to Lord of Life <br />in the near futurel so that the church will gain some additional frontage on Nowthen Blvd. Robert <br />Bernstrom agreed Ko a ~ortion of his property being platted into Fleischer's 2nd Add!tion in exchange for <br />Outlot B of Fleiaeher*~ Addition. With the acquisition of Outlot B, Mr. Bernstrom s parc~l would gain <br />additional frontag6 on Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and make it even more desirable for the church s purposes. <br /> <br />The parcel to be a~quired from Robert Bernstrom for inclusion in Fleischer's 2nd Addition is zoned R-3 <br />Urban Res~denlaal Iand ~eeds to be rezoned to R-1 Urban Residential for development with single family <br />urban residenti~.16ts, ~The outlot to be conveyed to Robert Bcrnstrom for combination with his existing R- <br />3 Urban Residenii~il lotiis zoned R-1 Urban Residential.
