Councilmembel' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-06- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OUT FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE Clq!'Y'$ SELF INSURANCE FUND WHEREAS, at the Budget Committee meeting of May 26, 1992, the Committee was advised the City:~has received reimbursement from the Office of Aeronautics - Minnesota Department of~Trat~sportation for airport expenditures incurred during the years of 1984 through 1990 in the ampun[.of $35,549.72; and WHEREAS, the expenditures reimbursed were incurred and expensed in the City's General Fund during the years of 1984 through 1990; and WHEREAS, Staff recommended an operating transfer be made form the City's General Fund to the Iflternlal Service Self-Insurance Fund to provide for increasing the City's annual ~nsurance dedugnble ~n the future; and WHEREAS, the Budget Committee concurred with this recommendation and directed the Finance Officer!to prepare this resolution for Council approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥~r ' ~iANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th{ Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the operating transfer of funds received as reimbut~sement for airport expenditures incurred during the years of 1984 through 1990 in the amOun'tiof $35,549.72 from the City's General Fund to the Internal Service Self- Insuran~ e Fund. 2) That th~ Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes this transfer as of May 31, 1992. The motion forith~ ~l~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember - ired tipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the followit~g abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of June~ 1992.
