I~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That sd, ch cpntract documents and specifications, a copy of which is enclosed herewith and <br /> made ~par~ hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2) That thee Ciiy Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br /> in the iCoristruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br /> impr0~em{$nt under such approved contract documents and specifications. The <br /> advCtti[em4nt shall be published for 10 days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state <br /> that bids wlll be received by the City Administrator until 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 1992 at <br /> which ~e ~hey will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br /> Cent0riby ,the City Administrator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be <br /> consid~r;..dlby the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 9, 1992 in the Council <br /> chambers. [Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid <br /> will betgivep an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
