W E: · · · [~EA,.S, pursuant to a resoluuon passed by the Ramsey C~ty Council on May 12, 1992, the City En.g, ineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for the crack filling of Northfork l~t, 2nd} & 3rd Additions and has presented such contract documents and specifications to the Council:for approval. NOW THI~I~'!EF~}RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS;ET, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That s~ich dontract documents and specifications, a copy of which is enclosed herewith and made ~ pad hereof, are hereby approved. 2) That tl~e City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in ~he[Cogstruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such impr0~ern~nt under such approved contract documents and specifications. The adve~em~nt shall be published for 10 days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bi,ts .~'11 be received by the City Administrator until 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 1992 at which iimeithey will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Centet4-~by: Ifhe City Administrator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered[by the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 9, 1992 in the Council Cham~ers.- i[Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will beigiv~n an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility. No bids will' ,be¢on~idered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator and accompanied by a cash: ~lep0~sit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Ramsey for fiV~ (5) percent of the amount of such bid.
