Jankowski, City Engineer CASE [ At the City C~.unC~ meeting of May 12, 1992 an ordinance was introduced to amend the water and utilities sectioh of~e City Code. The most substantial modifications from the existing ordinance were discus~ at:~at meeting and they include: ! a) The P~se~ ordinance requires connection to the municipal sewer system within two years Df f.hcilities becoming available. However, there currently is no similar requ!r.~me~t for connection to water within two years of availability.
