' <br />The City of ~Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION Ii <br />Section 4,40~ of~he City Code, entitled "Municipal Water and Sewer Utilities" is <br />amended to ~ead~ as follows: <br />4.40 w~T~ <br /> 4.4o.o ,~ A~tho~ity <br /> <br /> Thi~s~cti~0n is adopted pursuant to Chapter 11, Section 11.01 of the Ramsey <br /> City~ ~ha~,ter and is intended to satisfy the requirements of said Section <br /> <br /> 4.40.0~ GENEHAL <br /> Any mur~icipaI water system and/or sanitary sewer system which is <br /> const _r~ct~d in the City of Ramsey pursuant to the City of Ramsey Code <br /> reguld,_tiO~s shall be operated as public utilities and all revenues and <br /> oper~ing!expenditures of said utilities shall be properly accounted for in a <br /> separgte rhunicipal fund which shall be a combined water and sewer utiIity <br /> fund~, iTh~ Council shall have authority to establish fees for connection to <br /> and u~e 0~ the municipal water and sanitary sewer systems from time to <br /> time b~y r~zolution. <br /> <br /> 4.4~.o~ DEF~T~ONS <br /> <br /> Unle~ the context clearly indicates otherwise, the words, terms and <br /> phrase, ~sed, herein shall have the meanings set forth in the paragraphs <br /> of this~ se%ion which follow: <br /> <br /> ~fB~i~ lding Sewer" shall mean that portion of the sewerage system <br /> located between the property line and the structure served. <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
