! Councilmemb~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTION[ APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-14. WHERE, A$i the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1992; and wHER:~A$,ithe City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerl¥ ~ro~hers, Inc. for the construction of streets for Improvement Project #91-14; and wHERE~AS;~Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended!par!iai payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $77,596.67. NOW THEREI=~ORE~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY,[STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thee Ciiy Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the c0nstrU~tion of Improvement Project #91-14 in the amount of $77,59t3.67. 2) That thie City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the releaSe!form for this partial payment. 31 That th~ to,al amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of!bills for the month of May, 1992. 41 That th'e City of 8amse¥ Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolut~ ~on. i The motion f0r~h° ~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, tha following voted in favor thereof: and the followi~ng ~oted against the same: and the following agstainod: and the followihg r wore absent: whereupon sai~ ~e,¢lution was declared duly passed and ado~ted by the 8amsey City Council this 213th day ~f M~¥, 1992.
