Fred Dinnetz is applying for the conditional use permit, not Mr. Gerald <br /> Root. Evenithbagh Mr. Dinnetz is asking for an 18-month CUP, he wiIl be purchasing the <br /> property fr0n~ M~'i Root as an investment property. <br /> <br /> Commissioner H~ndriksen stated that the property is still under Mr. Gerald Root's ownership. <br /> <br /> Attorney Iaa~tcso~ stated that the purchase agreement has been signed by Mr. Root and Mr. <br /> Dinnetz, coningS:bt upon the conditional use permit, the zoning, etc. <br /> Ms. Frolik ~t~tcd ithat the date of the Conditional Use Permit could coincide with the sale of the <br /> property to ~. D~nnetz; therefore, ff the sale fails, there will be no conditional use pernfit granted. <br /> The CommisSion l~roceeded to review the findings of fact. <br /> <br /> Comrmss~ong D~mer stated there ~s an error m Item #6 which reads "Dmt the adjacent parcels to <br /> the west and ,~outl~ are zoned R-3 Urban Residential, the parcel to the north and the property across <br /> Nowthen B°t~lev~d to the east is zoned R-1 Urban Residential".
