CoUn~ilm~mbers Beyer and Hardin were in attendance. The following was discussed: 1. Thr~e Month Performance Appraisal for Inspector Steve Lutmer: Tho, Per~Sonnel Committee reviewed and approved the performance appraisal for Insi~ect~r Steve Lutmer. They further recommended that another three month rev~ew§e performed in early July 1992 and that Mr. Lutmer receive written notice of CounCil concerns. 2. Or~niZ~tional Ordinance Amendments: Th~Per~onnel Committee reviewed and discussed the proposed changes to Chapter 2 o~the ~City Code "Council, Boards and Commissions". They recommended that Cha~ter 2be put in ordinance form and presented to the City Council. 3. Position lof the Personnel Coordinator: Thei Personnel Committee remewed the memo by Personnel Coordinator Kay Mc .Alon~y regarding the discussions with the Personnel Committee and the City C0u~nci! ~n early 1991 relative to her position. The Personnel Committee requested that~rthe tcase be tabled for two weeks to enable questions to be answered by member~ of the Personnel Committee. · 4. 199~ OV~ertime Earnings/Budget: The!PerSonnel Committee received a recap, for informational purposes only, of pre~iu~ time paid and compensatory time earned to date in 1992. 5. Statas o~the Police Sergeant Position: The iPer4onnel Committee tabled this request upon the recommendation of City Ad~iniS~ator Schroeder and Police Chief Auspos.
