What has been agreed to is that <br />the City of Ramsey would cause these ornamental street lights to be placed within the first phases <br />of the subdi~,~siot~s by Anoka Electric Cooperative and that the developers would pay for <br />installation i01ithe~street lights and two years maintenance for those street lights. This will be <br />followed by a billit~g through the utility system to lots within the subdivisions initiated by building <br />permit for On [goifl~g operation and maintenance cost for the lights.
