You will recall that at that <br />meeting, Se&i°n[ 2.03.04, Subdivision 3 was amended to allow the Ramsey Economic <br />Development ~on~mission to have up to one-third of their membership as non-resident property <br />owners. No~°!her ~hanges were suggested at that Council meeting. <br />Recommend~tiop: <br />Staff recorn~{ndSiintrodueing the ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the City Code.
