[ SECTION 2;~: P~MENDMENT Chapter 2 is an4ended to read as follows: c~mes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after publication according 2.01 Cit Council. 2.01.01 Mee4ings. SubClivision 1. Regular meetings of the City Council; shall be held on the second and foul'th Tuesdays of each calendar month at 7:30 P.M. Any regular meetings falling upon a legal holiday shall be held on the next following bus~ness day at the same nme and place. All meetings Shtill I~ held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, the Ramsey Elementary School or such other public loCOtiO~as designated by the City Council. ~lubtlivision 2. Special meetings of the council may be called by the mayor or any two rne~nb¢~s of the council by written notice filed with the City Clerk. Each council member shallr !¢eiOe at least 24 hour notice of such meeting. If that council member cannot be found a written notil:e of such meeting shall be left at their home. Special meetings may be held without prior :writteh notice or when all council members are present at the meeting or consent thereto in Writi~ig.' ,guch consent shall be filed with the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. Any SPeci~tl meeting attended by all the council members shall be a valid meeting for the transaction of ~y bd~siness that may come before the meeting.
