2.01.04 iOrder of Business. <br /> i Subdivision 1. Each meeting of the council shall convene at the time and <br />place appoint~ tMrefore. Council business shall be conducted in the following order: <br /> ~a. ' Call to order <br /> <br /> Citizen input <br /> <br />Approve agenda <br /> <br />Public hearings <br /> <br />Consent agenda <br /> <br />Council business <br /> <br /> Mayor and Council input <br /> <br /> Adjourn <br /> <br /> ~Sul:i. division 2. At all council meetings, the majority of the all the council <br />members eleqt~ sl~all constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, but a smaller number <br />may adjourn fr~m f_~ne to time and the council may punish non-attendance by a fine not exceeding <br />$25.00 for cacti absence after one from any meeting unless a reasonable excuse is offered and <br />accepted bY the[coUr~cil majority. <br /> Subilivision 2.
