Due to the small number of accounts, the. City of Ramsey bills quarterly with a minimum water charge of $10.00 This minimu~ hals included water usage up to and including 10,000 gallons. Other than fl}r t,he billing minimum, Ramsey's rate is generally in keeping with our surrounding: communities and the revenues generated exceed operating expenditures and make a ~ontt*tbut~on to the depreciation expense for the water fund.
