I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmomber <br />adoption: r <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g92-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE RAMSEY LIONS CLUB <br />FOR A TENIPORARY OFF.SALE NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br />LICENSE AND ONE DAY OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, the Ramsey Lions Club will be holding their 6th Annual Ramsey <br />Community Picnic on Saturday, June 13, 1992 (rain date of June 14, 1992) at Central <br />Park; and ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Lions Club has made application for a temporary off- <br />sale non-iritoxicating malt liquor license for this event; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Lions Club has also applied for a one day off-site <br />lawful gambhng perrmt to conduct bingo, raffles, pull-tabs and tipboards at this event. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the request of the Ramsey Lions <br />ClUb for a temporary off-sale non-intoxicating malt liquor license and one day off- <br />sit~ lawful gambling permit for the 6th Annual Ramsey Community Picnic on <br />Saturday, June 13, 1992 (rain date of June 14, 1992) at Central Park and hereby <br />waives'the license fee. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Counciimomber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor ther0of: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupo,n said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 28th day of April, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
