This truck <br />was scheduled for peplacement in 1989, but due to Iow mileage and good condition of the present <br />truck at that tlm¢,'~it was decided to extend the replacement schedule as long as possible. We <br />extended its-.ll'~'e by three years and it is now time for replacement because of the condition of the <br />truck and equiPmeht. <br /> <br />Enclosed for Ygur information are specifications and the proposed resolution. <br />Recommend_ation: <br /> <br />I recommend~ to lhe Budget Committee that we advertise for bids for a truck equiPped with plow, <br />wing, sand¢~ ahd d~mp body as per specifications.
