In January of this year, the draft ordinance was [c hearing by the Planning and Zoning Commission. To the best of our ability, otify each business in Ramsey of the public hearing date and the proposed sign ~stflt of the comments received at the public hearing, a number of changes were :dinance and a second public hearing was held in April. The current version of irdinance is enclosed for your information.
