CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RUM RIVER HILLS, INC. On . .. i . i ,1992, Sic,e, Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Rum River;I-Blls, linc. ("Permittee) to construct ,a, 1,380 square foot expansion, excluding deck area, to the ~l~um[ River Hills Golf Clubhouse ('Structure") on the property which is legally described as ~llo~s: Oufl°! G, ~um River Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota The ("Site"). r This approvalr is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval' ~¢ a~ follows: 1. STATE ~UILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accx~c~ with the requirements of the State Building Code. 2. sITE ~pLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure expansion shall be sited and constructed on th~Si~ as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one~'(1) ~heet dated April 2, 1992, drawn by Kemper & Associates, Inc. 3. FIRE[ LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items ~n ~e Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. 4. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. No building permit for the site will be issOed ugtil: 1) the Perrnittee has signed and returned this Development Permit; 2) the permil~¢e l~as reimbursed the City for all expenses incurred in approval of the site plan; 3) hhe l?~l~ni?ee has provided the City with verification from Anoka County Environmental Services iddicating that the on-site septic system is adequate for the expanded use of the stru~t~¢; 4) the Permittee has provided architectural plans signed by a registered arch~te~t. Rum River Hills, t ac., hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of ~is-~ermit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit.
